The accessory dwelling unit is in the backyard of a beautiful historic residential property. Rice students occupy the main house in the front, and you will be joining an extended Rice community, as several residences on the block are occupied by Rice students.

It is furnished with modern furniture and features a new 60" TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and chef-ready so all meals can be home-cooked. You only need to bring your personal belongings to begin living comfortably. Desks and chairs are provided.
